A Few Words About Paul Heffer
Paul Heffer is a Councillor for the Township of North Huron working in the agriculture sector for more than 40 years. As an A.I. Technician he has realized how important water is, and depended upon by every farmer and every resident in the County of Huron and surrounding counties. Residing in Wingham for the past 40 years with his wife Gail and raising three daughters, this family has enjoyed the having safe, potable water which makes sitting on the source protection committee very meaningful.
